Ultimately what’s most important is that you listen to what your body is telling you. Do you feel healthier? If so, great, the diet is working for you and you should keep on it. Are you getting dizzy spells, unwarranted fatigue, depression or stomach cramps? Maybe this isn’t the right diet for you.

But there are dangers, and plenty of conmen out there looking to prey on gullible people desperate to lose weight. Research diet plans thoroughly before deciding which one to go with.
