Green tea differs from regular black tea in its processing. Black tea contains a diminished amount of polyphenols that are stripped during fermentation. Green tea, on the other hand, preserves these polyphenols, and the tea leaves have only been dried in the manufacturing process.

Bilberry: Bilberries are related to ordinary blueberries and are known for being strong supporters of arteries and veins. This antioxidant maintains the integrity of vessels and increases the flexibility of red blood cells, easing their transport in the blood.

Bilberry naturally lowers blood pressure and reduces the formation of clots that could lead to heart attack and stroke. It is also important in the maintenance of collagen and elastin structures in tissue, and its anti-aging effects extend to protection of the vision organ.

ConzymeQ10: Much like vitamin E, coenzymeQ10 plays a vital role in the extraction of energy via cell respiration. Similarly, it aids in the regeneration of tissue and increases the effectiveness of the cardiovascular system.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid: This is a strong antioxidant effective at maximizing the assimilation of vitamin E and vitamin C. ALA also enhances the production of gluthathione - another powerful antioxidant - and increases the assimilation of coenzymeQ10.

Ginko Biloba: Antioxidant that aids in the function of the heart and cardiovascular system, enhances functioning of the brain and the eyes. Used initially for its positive effects on memory and concentration, Ginko Biloba originally came from the Orient.

Do not use ginko biloba if you are taking medication for blood-clotting and/or OTC painkillers. Consult a doctor first, as this may lead to serious internal injury.

Garlic is a popular antioxidant. It enhances our ability to fight disease, improving the immune system and supporting cardiac function.

Wild yam is perhaps the most well-known anti-aging herb. It is famous for its rejuvenating properties. A natural source of steroids, wild yam enhances the production and regeneration of muscle tissue, reducing fat deposits and accumulation beneath the lowest layer of the skin. Naturally found in the body as DHEA, wild yam should not be taken for longer than two weeks per month.
